As a small business, it is our policy that we do not offer refunds.

Natural body products do not contain synthetic preservatives and thus do not have the extended shelf life of mainstream skincare. Our products also require a certain level of care, such as keeping them in cool, dry places, washing hands before use, and storing lotions in the refrigerator. If you are unsatisfied with your Prairie Bloom product, we are happy to send a one time replacement or offer store credit in the amount of your purchase.
